Luiggina Molinari Morán

Lawyer graduated from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil in 2021.
 
Luiggina worked for several years in an International Maritime Service Correspondence Office in which she acquainted herself in the support and management of common insurance claims within the shipping industry, mostly in cases of P&I (Protection and Indemnity).
 
She was incorporated to the team at Canessa Barriga Abogados on year 2020, and since then she has focused her professional practice in the representation of legal actions derived from maritime incidents and cargo claims.
 
She also performs in the areas of Corporate and Civil Law, with a wide experience in judicial and extrajudicial collections.
