Anahí Arteaga Montesdeoca

Lawyer graduated from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil. 

Anahí, has performed in several areas of the law, such as Economic, Corporate, and Administrative Criminal Law, among others.  

Currently, Anahi offers legal assistance and representation services in causes of different nature. 
  
Her practice is focused in the backing of clients in proceedings in the administrative stage before several state institutions. She assists clients in regards to corporate obligations, and has participated in Compliance proceedings. She is also experienced in Criminal subjects, in the representation of proceedings of previous investigation in subject of Economic Felonies such as Tax Fraud.  
 
He was part of a renowned taxation law firm in Guayaquil (2021-2022) to be later incorporated as Associate in Canessa Barriga Abogados.
